I’d say my coach Franco and the TPM framework was the single reason I’m still married today, and even happy to be so! I’ve also made major life changes towards lasting fulfillment professionally, made bigger and better business decisions and have been impressed with how things have played out. Caveat: I did show up consistently, I was honest with myself, and I didn’t hold back. Have had a few friends go through TAM as well, with similar results. I’m so grateful to TPM for what they’ve put together and continue to provide!

I joined Jun of 2025. The Resources, knowledge, and support are 2nd to now. My only regret with joining is why didn’t I join earlier. It is has been the best think since the birth of my kids and meeting my wife. I love everything this organizing stands for and the messaging is top notch.

One of the best experiences of my life. The Retreat was done in such a way to maximize results. And the coaches, in particular Steve, Mike, Eric, and Doug knew exactly what we needed to motivate us and help each of us get exactly what we needed.

I highly recommend TPM. But I’d also say don’t just take my word for it. Do your homework, listen to the podcast, check out their website. Find out what they stand for and teach. I just wish I had found these guys and this program sooner.

Do yourself a favor and if you’re reading this, set up a call and ask what you need to to get off the fence. You won’t regret it.

The Alpha Reset from The Powerful Man was the single most impactful, life changing 3 days of my entire life. If you’re on the fence, just do it. I’m 100% certain you will be happy you did.

I was hesitant to join this group and attend their programs but after joining I can say this was the best decision Ive made in a long time. The group that leads the Powerful Man are truly invested in your success and are more hands on than any other personal growth programs I've been exposed to. Coach Mike and Coach Steve are two of the most grounded authentic men I've had the pleasure of getting to know. Coach Eric was equally authentic and grounded and cooked up some amazing meals and brought some fantastic energy to our retreat/reset! The cabin we stayed at was first class, very clean, extremely comfortable beds and the view and surrounding grounds were exceptional. Well manicured lawns, plenty of great space for us to spread out and be in nature while we worked on our exercises as part of the reset. The coordinator Phil Madden was excellent, they gave us a list of things to pack and prepare for, they had excellent directions and accomodations for getting from the airport to the retreat. No detail was left out, it made getting there really easy and stress free. Doug Holt the co-founder of TPM was also there as a coach and to oversee the reset. He took us on a guided meditation experience that was superb. I've done several guided meditations and haven't had the deep experience I had at the retreat. I can also say that Mthis group is seriously just high performing top notch men that attend. The screening process for TPM must be on point because I met 8 of the coolest guys that are now brothers and life long friends. This is an extremely powerful self growth self exploration experience, worth every penny x 10. For anyone having questions about this retreat, it's not fru-fru stuff, it's not a gay orgy, it's truly a group of professional healers that bring out the best in you and help you discover through self reflection what areas of your life you are not showing up in and how to close the gap. Fantastic, exceptional, huge ROI, I cannot truly say enough good things about how impactful this experience was!

My journey with TPM to date has been simply riveting, culminating most recently with TAR. I never imagined that a group of men whom I’ve never met could help show me my blind spots, hold me accountable and help give me my power back, not physical power but emotional and spiritual. My soul is alive again, after a VERY VERY long time of darkness and emptiness.

I can’t say enough about the value of this organization and the methods they employ. I joined in November and within the first six months completely turned my life around and fixed the decades-old problems in my marriage. Divorce was almost a certainty before I joined. I am staying plugged in and plan to forever be involved as self-improvement is a lifelong journey. It was well worth the investment of time and money.

These guys are everything I hoped for and more. I got everything I was looking for, my marriage is better now than when we first got married and even dating years. I’ve learned what it means to lead and truly love.

The powerful man is not a cheap inexpensive product of course but it’s full of value. The activation method and the brotherhood are both worth every penny! The wealth of knowledge in the app and the coaches who guide you are top drawer. The network you build and the transformation you can achieve is way beyond what I expected.
Doug and Tim have created a whole new paradigm and it’s with an open heart I can recommend any of the organizations courses.

The Activation Method was a great experience. It really taught me a lot about how I wasn't showing up the right way for my wife and how she was responding to that. It's refreshing to know that the bulk of the issues in my relationship were caused by me, because that means I can change it. The Powerful Man showed me how to do that. The coaches are great, and Lee Jack is probably the best thing that's happened to Scotland since whiskey was officially classified as breakfast.

Amazing group of men that provide a very safe and confidential sounding board to help resolve issues that so many men struggle with in life. This was the kickstart that I needed to work toward a better me.

I got so much more out of this program than I expected .
The activation method gave me structure and purpose that helped start me on the path of personal development with accountability and support from an amazing coach and group of men . I started to take more ownership and accountability for my situation and shifted from a victim to a creator mindset . This had an immediate impact on my relationships at home and at work .
Attended the Alpha Reset in the Lake District in UK and I still consider that three day event the most powerful impactful experience of my entire life.
