It covers a wide range of approaches and practical exercises that will help you to build a pathway to your new dream job and then make it happen.

Helpful and actionable from day 1
Andy cuts through the BS and helps you clearly identify what is/isn't working in your approach, and has helpful practices to do and actions to take to help you move forward. As someone in a mid-career transition, I went to Andy with a host of questions, and he helped me narrow down my strategy for looking for what's next. Highly recommend!

Leaving academia for the private sector
Andy gave thoughtful and helpful advice, laying out options and pathways for career development in this space. I was given a perspective that came at the question in a different direction. After over 10 years as a postdoc, moving into a new sector with huge amounts to learn, Andy cut through to the big questions. Highly recommended.

Gave me courage
