I strongly advise against ordering from this shop. If I could give zero stars, I would.
Four months ago, when they opened pre-orders for the 30th Anniversary items, I placed several orders and paid in full upfront. Instead of securing the stock and fulfilling their commitment, this shop effectively used my money—and likely other customers' money—as free working capital for nearly a third of a year.
So far, they have abruptly canceled two of my orders, using the "out of stock" excuse only after holding my funds for almost 4 months. For one of the canceled orders, I finally received a refund, but the money for the second one is still blocked and pending. Given their abysmal track record, I am absolutely certain my remaining active orders will suffer the exact same fate.
Taking customers' money, holding it for months, ignoring messages, and using fake "out of stock" excuses to arbitrarily cancel orders is not just terrible business—it is a highly illegal and deceptive commercial practice.
Seeing other recent reviews (and even older pre-order reviews for sets like Phantasmal Flames), it is abundantly clear that this is a repetitive, abusive pattern. Save your time, your money, and your peace of mind, and take your business to a reliable retailer since this one clearly isn't and I truly regret putting my trust and money into them.

I purchased Pokémon 30th Anniversary products here, but I have neither received the items nor a refund. Over the past weeks, I have reached out four times across multiple channels—via email, phone, and Instagram—to get an update or resolve the issue. Every single attempt was completely ignored.
Taking money without delivering products or responding to customers is entirely unacceptable. I am now forced to open a payment dispute / chargeback to get my money back. Shop elsewhere if you want reliable service.

Not recommending them. Ordered a PSA 10 Candice 60$ and recieved A PSA 8 Perrin 10$. Takes them a long time respond, even more time to solve the issue (at the time of writing not solved) (living 1 hour away from their store). Posted on Romanian Pokemon Facebook groups and it seems its so common that they send you lower priced cards or half of the items you ordered (for the full price) that it makes me believe its intentional.

For reference, to get something delivered to an adress 1 hour away from their store it took 14 april -> 21th april when on the site its advertised as "1-2 days"

Pre-ordered a significant quantity of Phantasmal Flames products (€1000+) 1,5 month ago.

Throughout the period waiting for my order to be shipped, I’ve been in contact with the team several times. They could, in their own words “almost 100%” guarantee delivery as they had received “firm” commitment from their distributor.

Today I received an e-mail stating my entire order was cancelled and received a 25 RON (approx €5) constellation prize as compensation 😂

After bringing this situation up with the team through WhatsApp, I was offered 3 Booster Boxes and 5 ETB’s. I have no need for ETB’s and I’m not paying €60+ shipping for just 3 Booster Boxes. Might aswell buy locally then.

In short, communication with the team was okay, but failing to deliver on promises on each front; some fundamental things going wrong here. Either untrustworthy distributor, pre-selling way too much or just using pre-order funds for purchasing new stock.

As icing on the cake, the 25 RON compensation felt like a slap in the face. Never again buying here for pre-orders. Extremely disappointed.
