Have been very impressed with these pods, sound quality is fantastic and has out performed most of the pods I have had in the past. My 3 daughters now want some too as they keep stealing mine I will ha e to concede LOL! They have been used every day for the last 6 months and still work as well as they did the day I bought them. Highly recommend this product !!!

I ordered a pair of pods for my daughter. My son has actual Apple AirPods. My daughter did not even realise that hers weren’t actual Apple AirPods until I told her a few weeks later. They do exactly the same thing and are still working great a month later. The delivery was received promptly and communication with the Pod Hut was brilliant. I’m now about to order another pair for my son as he has lost one of his AirPods and now I know the Pod Hut ones are no different to Apple, I’m going to save myself quite a few pounds 👍

These guys are a dream to deal with. The quality is second to none. We ordered the pro version of pods which match apples quality and sound like for like but a fraction of the cost ! The whole experience from ordering to delivery was a smooth and polished process. I would highly recommend them and look forward to ordering another pair

I ordered a pair of air pods for myself, easy payment method, rapid delivery and was over the moon with the product.
Ordered some more but due to being out of stock a full refund was given without question.
Online customer service was good and I will be ordering again.

Brought these for my daughter and she loves them, always using them and not had any issues. I will be buying another pair for my wife

I've learnt a valuable lesson that if something looks too good to be true, it most often is.

My pods worked really well for about 10 weeks then the left one stopped working, after that the charge status stopped showing up on my phone. That's it. Like a lot of people, it started off well but pretty quickly went wrong.

Again, like others, I reached out to the company for help to be told that because it was outside the 30-day return period there was nothing they could do (except offer 50% off another pair - which would make me a very foolish consumer!).

You may not have the same experience I and many others have had, it's a risk but it might work out. Chances are though, it won't.

I bought 2 pairs of these for my teenagers for Christmas. Great service and quick delivery by Pod Hut. The pods themselves are excellent, easy to set up and we were impressed with how they are identical to the official Apple ones, at a fraction of the price. So much so that I’m looking to get myself a pair too!

Pods came Monday and all I can say is wow. Great quality for the price I paid for them, sound system is 2nd to none and they even look like the apple pods. Overall great product and great service.

Wouldn’t recommend these. They are temperamental. Work then don’t work and interfere with other apps on your phone. If you have an other device connected like an Apple Watch it effects that too. Also messes with your phone apps causes it to slow and freeze. It’s sad because when they do connect the sound quality is great. I just want to be able to put them in and go. But they just mess your phone up and hardly connect.
I wouldn’t recommend buying them really disappointed, waste of money

Sufficiently average. Not the best purchase experience with a delay to shipping. The hardware pods themselves are OK but the software connection isn’t great and having more than one Bluetooth device connected to the phone (eg an Apple Watch) makes the phone slow and not open apps properly. What has been more disappointing is that after contacting them for advise to fix this they have just ignored my email because they have their money for them.

Took a chance with the 20% off as a new customer. Really pleased. Neat case, comfortable to wear and great sound . So pleased

In all my reviews I usually give a 5 however I feel I need to share this. I bought the pods about 3 month ago. I was a little sceptical but thought ok. I have an issue where the pods are not charging and have tried what George recommended. This did not work so sent a message back to explain. It is my opinion that any electrical item has at least one years warranty but with the response I got it would appear not. Indeed it would seem they now want me to give them more money to see if another pair work

We're sorry to hear that you're having issues with your item but due to personal hygiene the pods cannot be returned if they are outside our 30 day warranty period. If you were to contact us within this time we would of been happy to send you out another pair or offer a full refund (As specified on our website). The best we can do is offer you a 50% off coupon and you can use that at checkout once we have the new batch of stock.

I will check with trading standards if this is right and get back to you.
