I love shopping from the pink teinte. They have such versatile and comfortable outfit options and the tram is so understanding & cooperative. I met them at an exhibition a few years ago and have been with them since.

Work experience I must say. Pls do not buy from this brand as it’s a total scam and they don’t deliver your order. It’s just waste of time and money that I invested.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this website.

I placed an order on April 2, 2026 and made a full payment of ₹1824.25. However, I did not receive any order confirmation, Order ID, or tracking details after the payment. The order is also not visible in my account history.

I contacted their support multiple times via email. Initially, I was told that delivery would happen within 7–9 working days (by April 13, 2026), but that timeline has been missed without any update or communication.

Due to this, I have been forced to file a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline and initiate further action.

I agree to the other comments this brand is a complete scam. They don’t provide updates, forget refund.
It’s so heartbreaking to see people getting scammed in the name of business. The owner will delete your comments from her instagram page but not deliver your product or reply. We should complaint and get her instagram page and website reported so that more people are not scammed.

The page is completely fraud don't trust them. Its been more then 20 days since the order but no information about the delivery.
They're not giving any information.

They sent the clothing piece after one month of purchase (claims that it will be delivered in 5-7 days) )and that too after complaining to the national consumer helpline. Also, the dress sent was different from the one shown in picture and looks very cheap compared to what they are showing on the page. And on top of that, they have no returns policy and the return shipping to be arranged by the customer in case of exchanges.

They stopped responding to messages on whatsapp/ Insta when asked about the shipping information. This is a completely fraud website and is not recommended.
