The experience was great firstly because of the trainer (Holly) she is very detailed in her teaching style but more to her personality (patient, kind, engaging and helpful) i really enjoyed the session. The knowledge gained has boost my confidence and I believe being a newbie to phlebotomy, I have what i need to boost my career as a healthcare support worker. I will definitely recommend this centre to others. Thanks

I recently completed a phlebotomy course and had an outstanding experience! The trainer Holly was incredibly helpful, engaging, and always supportive throughout the entire course. They made complex topics on both the theory and practical side easy to understand and created a positive, encouraging learning environment. Their hands-on approach and willingness to answer every question really boosted my confidence. I highly recommend this course as the theory covers everything needed to gain the knowledge needed and the practical side further enforced it all to anyone interested in phlebotomy—it's professional, well-structured, and taught by someone who truly cares about their students' success.

An excellent training day spent with the Phlebotomy Centre. Holly's approachable nature and engaging teaching style was great. The training was comprehensive and informative and I left feeling confident to launch my new phlebotomy service. I'd have no hesitation in recommending The Phlebotomy Centre looking for training.

The trainer made each an every hour spent on the training worth it. She knows what she was teaching and delivered a top notch training. I’m glad I choose this Center to go my training. She made sure each and everyone understood what was being taught. She was patient, kind and loved what she was doing which gave me the confidence to delve deeper into the training. Holly is an amazing teacher! I have learnt so much from her it's unbelievable! Loved the way she taught us step by step. And made us understand the veins we need. She gave us in depth training in such short time. I could sit there for more training and I would not get bored! Was very intense but that's what we need to achieve the results we got! Thank you! Great experience lovely instructor, very patient and articulate at explaining the steps to being a great competent phlebotomist.
