You can manage your subscription via our account portal
Available 24/7, the online portal allows you to update or cancel subscriptions, update your account, create a pet profile, and shop our VIP store. To access, visit the "account" section on our website menu, and choose the "register" option with the email address you provided when you purchased to create an account. We'll send you a verification email. Once you click on included link, you'll be able to login with your email address and the password and manage your subscription plan.

I want to cancel all future orders

I want to cancel all future orders. I went on lne to move the date on the next shipment and you shipped product and charged me two days in a row. I no longer care to deal with your organization.

WhDelivery close but not perfect been better on the porch.

While it would have been better to have the pkg left on the porch by the mailbox, at least they threw it over the fence and it landed on the side walk not on the lawn or un the bushes... no dog was around....

Sent 7 months of dental product

Sent 7 months of dental product. Do not order from this company. They drain your pocketbook by sending 8 months supply and you pay for it at same time. Thought this was a subscription, not a way to have you pay for all at same time

I currently have 6 jars of your product…

I currently have 6 jars of your product for one dog. I have tried to delay delivery several times and have not been able to. I have enough product to last to the end of the year and I am not happy about the extra expense from your oversight.

The chews that I get seem to be harder

The chews that I get seem to be harder, not as pliable and easily breakable as before. Are they stale or do they have less moisture in them?

My Doggie 's Favorite

Yes, the package sent to us arrived on time, delivered right outside my door, not in the mailbox. I preferred it that way so that I can see it right away once it arrives.

We like to suspend the monthly delivery of the probiotic from PetLab for 3 months. We still have more than enough stocks of the product as of now. I have only 1 dog. Although I give her 3 pieces a day, still we have extra stocks right now.
