I have been a customer of the Personal Barber for a while. The customer service is excellent the products first class.
I have recommended them to all my family and friends and will continue to use them in the future

The enhanced safety razor upgrade cut my face deeply twice. The solid cologne they sent was like wax and absolutely odourless. The packaging materials are dark brown text on a black glossy substrate, so are totally unreadable. I strongly recommend that you avoid this outfit at all costs. The shave from a supermarket standard razor is 10 times better and won't cut your face to shreds. They offered a free balm in first order if you provide email address; that never arrived. There was no obvious way to manage a subscription on their site, and the order process is distinct from the user account online. Very shoddy experience. I will never go near this outfit again. Sorely disappointed.

I have been looking for decent shaving products for a while. I am well pleased with the items received from this company. The pre shave oil was a bonus too. The shaving cream ordered and the post shave balm is great. All of the products brought. I have found a little goes a long way. Hunting around on the web for shaving products. Prices vary. These items I have brought all seem to be in line with other products from other high end companies.

I recently became an affiliate for this program, and unfortunately, my experience has left me rather disheartened. The primary issue revolves around a distinct lack of communication from their end.

Upon signing up, I anticipated a smooth and collaborative partnership. However, it became evident that communication was a significant issue. I received no correspondence or updates from the program, which left me in the dark about my role and the program's evolving strategies.

What struck me as particularly disconcerting was that my first interaction with the program was through negative feedback. This feedback was based on the absence of sales, despite the fact that I had not received any prior communication or guidance on how to effectively promote the brand.

This lack of professionalism and communication is a cause for concern. It makes me question how the brand would handle customer issues if they treat their affiliates in this manner.

In light of these experiences, I would caution others considering this affiliate program. Effective communication and professionalism are crucial in any partnership, and these elements appear to be lacking here.

I’ve been a subscriber to The Personal Barber boxes for more than three years now. The boxes are always so well presented and put together with fantastic products that you might not otherwise find or even think to try.
The customer service is excellent, not only with prompt dispatch of goods and replacement of damaged items (a smashed alum block) but Bradley is always happy to help via email and even get into a discussion with lots of advice on all things shaving!
The value for money is outstanding. Each razor blade is about 15p. The soap lasts for ages!
The smells are incredible (now my olfactory system is working again after Covid).
The environmental impact is minimal … the soaps and solid colognes are often in aluminium tins, the razor handle is used again and again and again (I’ve had the same one for many years now), and the blades are fully recyclable steel.

Awesome company!

If you are going to select an online shaving company that delivers on all fronts then this is the one for you. The products are excellent quality and well thought out in your welcome box. This also continues as part of your subscription. The customer service, especially Bradley, is 2nd to none. Carry on the good work.

So I decided to surprise my partner with a perfect present, that would be delivered every 6 weeks. Probably the best decision, you know how hard it is for women to find a gift for guys? Excellent, friendly customer support. Two boxes were delivered this morning when my partner wasn't home (I ordered upfront) and I couldn't resist taking a peek. All the products smell gorgeous! If only you guys started subscription boxes for women too!

I have been using the company since June this year, the first delivery was quick but I got the initial box rather than a follow on box, I asked to skip the first one as I had the razor already, I emailed and got a very quick response, not only did they swap it the new bix got sent out before I sent back the first one, even added in a gift to apologise.

The products are varied and a great value, all from smaller companies and things I would not buy myself normally, this company is great and their customer service is excellent, always quick to reply and do everything they can to help

I started off on the subscription service. My box of shaving goodies didn’t take long. I few days I think. The good thing I like about the subscription box is you set different products in it every 6 weeks. The shaving products you get are from all over the world.

The company emailed me asking what I thought of my first box. I gave them my feedback and even got a reply. This is the kind of company that listen to there customer.

Even if you didn’t go with the subscription, but a razor and buy some blade it will save you loads of money.

I would highly recommend this company. The subscription service is a brilliant experience.
