Visited your Workington store today on the busy run up to Christmas, I was greated in a friendly professional manner, allowing me time to select the correct item, excellent product knowledge, l was served by Claire.

Been coming to the Workington store for a long time and this is in no small part down to the excellent customer service I always receive, the staff are always friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble and I will not shop for fragrances anywhere else a really excellent customer experience.

Very friendly and efficient service. I wanted to order perfume to be delivered to my local branch of The Perfume Shop and my order was dealt with by a pleasant and helpful assistant called Jorja who patiently took my order despite the shop being very busy. The perfume was duly delivered two days later and I collected it on 9 December when I encountered two more helpful staff. I am happy to have acquired a lovely gift for my daughter in good time for Christmas. Thank you!

My need to find a Christmas gift fragrance for my fella resulted in my visit to the Workington branch. I knew the type of fragrance I was looking for and had a few choices. A very friendly, helpful and patient Lady named Sue among the staff assisted me and I left happily with a gorgeous Valentino Uomo Intense gift box with a bargain black Friday pricetag. Sue is an asset the the business! One very happy customer.

Claire at The Perfume Shop in Workington is an absolute star! She was incredibly patient, friendly, and knowledgeable, taking the time to help me find the perfect perfume without ever rushing me. Her warmth and professionalism made the whole experience a joy. Thanks to Claire, I left feeling completely delighted and I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend her and the store!

Very good customer service from Claire good selection and very good prices.

Claire was really helpful today! I was unsure between 2 perfumes and she let me spray them on myself to see how it settled, I went back for the YSL.

We did some Christmas shopping in the Workington store this morning. We were warmly welcomed by Claire who was very polite and immediately asked how she could help us. We had a list of preferred fragrances for our two daughters and their husbands and Claire took the time to inform us of the available range of sizes and prices as well as any current gift sets. Claire also offered us the opportunity to sample some of the fragrances. We chose three of the fragrances relatively quickly but the fourth and final fragrance was not available in the shop in the size we were hoping to buy. This was no issue for Clare who suggested that she could order it for us for home delivery within 3 to 5 days and we let her know that we would very much appreciate that. Having scanned in my wife’s loyalty card Claire completed the sale by letting my wife know the balance of points on her card and by gifting us some free toilet bags and a hold-all.
The whole experience was very positive, professional and friendly. We very much enjoyed our visit and Claire’s level of customer service and friendly, helpful approach were exceptional. She was a great ambassador for The Perfume Shop.
