Lisa was brilliant and helpful at the Wolverhampton Mander centre. Bought two perfumes and loved the instant personalised ribbon printing service. Great idea!

Leanne’s Customer Service Perfume Shop Wolverhampton
I visited The Perfume Shop in The Mander Centre Wolverhampton today, I popped into store looking for a specific item that I had received a sample of that was really adored by my husband and saw online it was available at The Perfume Shop. Your Colleague Leanne that served gave me a very warm, friendly and welcoming greeting and asked me if I needed any help with anything, I explained I had seen online that GAN IVY aftershave was available with the Perfume Shop and asked if she had had it in store yet, she told me I’m ever so sorry that she hadn’t had it in yet that was very nice of her to so say “SORRY”, not many places do that they just say NO.
Leanne did tell me that she could order it in online for me to collect from store. That was amazing again there aren’t many places that can order things in for you, to have to place your order online yourself, but WOW Leanne’s work here was Going Above And Beyond for me.
I went ahead and Leanne ordered the GAN IVY aftershave online to be delivered to store and would be available to collect on Friday. Leanne found my Perfume Shop Rewards card online by searching for it with my email address as I hadn’t got my card with me and found it and my points went to my card.
A very Big Thank You to Leanne for her lovely customer service and for Going Above And Beyond for what she did for me today is what I want to say. Really made my day I thought I wasn’t going to be able to get the item as it wasn’t in store, but Leanne did make me proud.
Thank you Leanne for your 5 star customer service, I definitely shall be back when Leanne is working to purchase fragrance from The Perfume Shop Wolverhampton Mander Centre to be served by Leanne.
