Very impressed with the service
Very impressed with the service. Big shout out to Georgina. She was very polite, kind & helpful, very efficient and took a lot of effort in showing me all the available Parfum options. She was very patient while I took time to select the perfume. 10 on 10 to Georgina.
Leaving a review was a hassle, as Google doesn't recognize this store, spent good amount of time on this, so had to call up store, spoke to the manager, Biky ,today on this.

I had a wonderful experience at the perfume shop, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Shakib. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the fragrances available.
Shakib took the time to understand my preferences and patiently guided me through a range of scents, offering helpful suggestions without ever being pushy. His friendly demeanor and genuine passion for perfumes made the whole experience enjoyable and personal. I truly appreciated his honesty and how he made sure I left with a fragrance that suited me perfectly.
Excellent customer service like this is rare to find — Shakib is a true asset to the store. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others, largely because of how well he took care of me. Thank you, Shakib!

I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Nabilah from Stratford, 3 Lower A Group, and I honestly can't say enough good things about her. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with such warmth and professionalism—it instantly made the experience enjoyable.
I was looking for a new perfume and wasn’t entirely sure what I wanted, but Nabilah was so patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive. She asked the right questions, really listened to my preferences, and guided me through different options without ever making me feel rushed or overwhelmed.
Thanks to her expertise and incredible sense of what works for each individual, I ended up finding two perfect perfumes that I absolutely love. Her recommendations were spot on!
