We had such a fantastic experience at the perfume shop in Walthamstow shopping centre, all thanks to Kaira!!
My boyfriend is incredibly fussy when it comes to choosing fragrances, but Kaira was so patient, enthusiastic, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process.
Her product knowledge is outstanding she clearly knows her stuff and took the time to understand what he was looking for, making thoughtful suggestions without any pressure. Thanks to her, he ended up choosing Dior Homme Parfum, and he’s absolutely happy with it.
As fragrance collectors, great service and expertise mean a lot to us, and Kaira really delivered on both.
We’ll definitely be returning for future purchases, I highly recommend visiting and asking for Kaira if you're looking for guidance and a friendly, knowledgeable approach!

Excellent Service from Neely – Highly Recommended!
I visited the perfume shop in Selborne Walk, Walthamstow to buy Eid gifts for my family, and I was served by a lovely lady named Neely. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire experience. Neely took the time to guide us through different options, listened to what we were looking for, and gave honest recommendations without being pushy.
Thanks to her, we found the perfect gifts – and the whole experience felt smooth and personal. It’s rare to come across such genuine customer service these days. She truly went above and beyond, and it made a real difference.

I won’t get perfumes from anywhere else!
I visited the store today for some last minute Mother’s Day shopping and from start to finish, I was very pleased with my experience. The 20% off fragrances for Mother’s Day and Eid proved to be very helpful as I left the store with two high end perfumes and a big smile on my face.
Nejma was very helpful and lovely, not to mention, she was very patient whilst I tested a variety of their products. She recommended the perfect perfume and gift wrapped both of them beautifully, offering great customer service.
To anyone reading this review, stop doubting and check it out!

I was served today by Trish at the Walthamstow Mall branch, and I had a fantastic experience. I wasn’t sure which perfume I wanted, but I had a set budget in mind. Trish was incredibly patient, attentive, and professional as she assisted me. She took the time to understand my budget and allowed me to browse comfortably without any pressure. In the end, she provided me with a selection of perfumes that fit my budget, helping me find the perfect one. In addition, she gave me a couple of sample perfumes which turned out to be amazing and I'll definitely be going back to purchase one.
We need more people like Trish—her exceptional customer service, patience, and genuine willingness to help make the shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. She made me feel valued as a customer, and her approach created a welcoming and positive atmosphere.
