All the staff are pleasant and helpful especially Rosie who always has a lovely smile. She was happy to show me a selection of perfumes. I will be visiting the shop again soon.

Kasha was so lovely and welcoming, her knowledge of the background behind the perfumes and how they were originally intended to use by the designer was amazing!! Could not recommend more!

Andrea was welcoming and helpful, we felt heard and made to feel comfortable. She was very honest, she wasn't pushy and wasn't just trying to make a sale, it felt like she genuinely wanted to help us find a new scent.
Next time we need some more aftershave and perfume we definitely will go back to this store.

Nothing but great things to say. Charlie was an absolute pleasure– really kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. He guided me through 10 to 20 different fragrances, offering thoughtful suggestions with specific examples, and knew the notes of each perfume to a T. His knowledge and honesty made the whole process enjoyable and effortless.

Even while juggling other customers, he managed to stay focused and attentive, never once making me feel rushed.

Shoutout to May as well, who offered a lovely second opinion and helped give a well-rounded perspective.

Rosie May was brilliant and very knowledgeable. She seemed to really enjoy helping me select two perfumes within my budget. She knew them inside out and was very good at her job.

I placed my first internet order and was surprised by the rapid delivery. Despite my parcel being sent by standard 3-5 day shipping, it arrived the following day and was well packaged.

I visited the Tunbridge Wells branch and was served my a very helpful and knowledgeable young lady, I believe her name was Leanne. I was looking to buy a perfume for my sister who loved the old Blase perfume but is no longer in production. I cannot thank Leanne enough for her help and her very caring and thoughtful manner in which she dealt with my query. She let me smell several perfumes and I choose the one that I thought my sister would like the most and I left the shop a very happy customer. Thank you Leanne!

Made a wrong choice - my mistake. Took the wrong item back to the shop per the conditions and got a refund without issue. So based on the service that was off the back of my own mistake I think the service was spot on as as you would hope. Good job Perfume Shop.
