I always have a fantastic experience whenever I visit this perfume shop, thanks to Mai. She is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to help. Mai is always happy to tell me about the newest perfumes, explaining the different fragrances and helping me find the perfect scent.
Her excellent customer service and genuine passion for perfumes make every visit enjoyable. She never rushes me and always makes me feel welcome. Thanks to her recommendations, I’ve discovered some wonderful new fragrances. Mai is a real credit to the shop, and I highly recommend asking for her if you visit!

I went to Surrey Quays branch gor a refund. I didn't get one. They wanted me to wait longer. Got an apology & 3 small Dior samples.

Mai (Surrey Quays Shopping Center Branch) has been incredible, this is probably the 5th time she listens and find the right flagrance for me! Mai thinks on her feet, knows the ingredients, knows the products, explores wuth joy and is so happy to keep going till you find the dream flagrance. We went through 15 perfumes and left with two.
