It was easy to order it on line and it was quick delivery in perfect condition

Went to the perfume shop in Stockport today the 13/12/2025 with my granddaughter Julie the manager was absolutely fantastic her customer service skills absolutely fantastic made us feel so special would highly recommend this is now our new go to perfume shop Julie wrapped our gifts absolutely beautiful thank you so much Julie for our wonderful service

Customer service was excellent and she sourced and ordered the perfume we wanted. She also introduced to the reward scheme which we will certainly be using. The package arrived safely by post on the agreed date

I’ve bought numerous items from them and they are very good company to deal with. On there app on line and in store there staff are very helpful and friendly. If you register with them through their app you also collect points I’ve always dealt with them and I’ve always received my items when using their app, I wouldn’t deal with anyone else. Very happy customer.

Yesterday I went in the Stockport Mersey way store and was greeted by a lovely young woman Bessie. Wow what a polite little gem. Her customer service skills were impeccable. She lit up the room I was so impressed. I’ve not seen customer service like this in a while. I would definitely recommend management taking her on full time being only a Christmas temp. Thank you Bessie 🩷

Brilliant service very helpful and professional

I visited TPS yesterday with my partner and I was given a massive saving on CD SAUVAGE Elixir (over forty pounds!!) against the SAME product at Boots a couple of minutes away!! Not only that though...I was served by Julie, the manager, and her service and professionalm and customer service was second to none, and she told me about up and coming special offers, I shall be back!!

Went in looking for a gift for my mom’s birthday present. Was served promptly and by the store manager and she was so lovely and let me smell different fragrances till I got the right one and she signed me up to the VIP rewards programme so I can get points and discounts!
Also after her guidance and suggestion I’ve found my next perfume which smells insane! So thank you and you’ve definitely got a repeat customer in me

When we went into the perfume shop in Stockport Relud was super helpful. He noticed us shopping for men’s aftershave and recommend some new scents they had just got in. He got testers and wrote the name of each on these and gave us his favourite. He went through the different ml bottles and the gift sets available to help get us the best deal for what we needed. We ended up leaving with what we came for plus more thanks to his amazing customer service. I would definitely get more perfumes/aftershaves from here and would love to be served from him again. Very professional, knowledgeable and went the extra mile for his customer service

went into store today looking for a vanilla perfume and rehad catered to every need.. helped me smell several different perfumes till i found the one i liked and also didn’t get irritated by how long i took🤣

Rihad helped us find the right perfume and shown us lots of different ones to find the right one!
