Big Thank you to Charlotte sales assistant, excellent service! Was very worried as daughter bought me the wrong Jadore perfume for my birthday which irritated my skin. Charlotte was very understanding and we was allowed to change perfume for the correct Jadore perfume that was ok for my skin

I would like to praise Charlotte for her patience and help with finding me a new perfume today and buying a gift, she made me feel like more than just a transaction, greeting me warmly and not rushing me while I was deciding what to purchase. Thank you to Charlotte.

When i came in to the store today sunday the 2nd of November Katie was so helpful. And gave excellent first impression and so much knowledge about all the fragrance.
Best customer service I have ever had in any store.

I went today to just smell something I already ordered however Charlotte that worked there found me a very good deal and was amazing very helpful definitely recommend speaking to her if you need any help with anything

You have Amazing Staff at your Southend Shop who are always very helpful. The Perfume I wanted was not available in 100ml so the lady looked on line and ordered it for me. When I collected the Perfume the same Lady wrapped up the Perfume for me.
I also purchased another Perfume as a gift for my partner following a conversation on my first visit.
I worked in Retail Management so I know what Good Customer Service looks like and your Staff are a Credit to Your Company

I was seen by a really friendly helpful young lady called Charlotte in the Southend-on-sea store today. Helped me out and did a fabulous efficient job and also did a lovely bit of gift wrapping.
