The experience was great with sublime customer service especially from Rehana at Romford. I was looking for a certain scent for my mum as her birthday was coming up and she helped me. We even had small conversation and I liked the way she packaged the items. She even added samples of other perfumes which was kind of her.

No fuss return
I recently had to return a purchase because of a family bereavement. The staff at the Romford store were very helpful. No fuss or quibble, just some simple and understandable checks of the merchandise. The refund went through on my card in a couple of days. Thank you!

great staff, really knew their perfumes.
didn't push for sales and was happy to let me test over 20 scents.

The perfume I bought from the shop…
The perfume I bought from the shop online and the tester I used in the shop in Romford they both are very different because after wedding the test of Perfume in the shop that lasted me for a whole day and the perfume bottle I have received it doesn’t last even for two hours And also they sent some free Dior samples and they were broken. There’s nothing in it but the main concern was why I like that Perfume in the shop and what happened when I received here is shocking.
So please look into this and explain to me
I have been buying perfume from yourself for many many years

Lovely ending to my purchase!
When I purchased one of my favourite perfumes it was supposed to come with a gift. The Gift set did not come on the delivery sadly. But yesterday I walked to the Romford branch of the Perfume and showed my receipt and the explained what happened and the male attendant was kind enough and gave me the gift. I was delighted and thankful, this little things really can make you day! Thanks again to the lovely gentleman at the Romford Branch!
