Brilliant service from The Perfume Shop whether online or in store.
Online was so simple, the parcel arrived a day earlier than expected which was great.
The staff in my local store (Gunwharf Quays) are so friendly and helpful but not pushy, it’s a pleasure to shop there.

Super fast delivery.
Didn't think my perfume smelled the way it should, rang customer service who were very helpful, advised to return by post or go to a store.
Store staff went above and beyond for me, so helpful, in the end I was given a refund which arrived back in my account within days.
