I went into the Perfume Shop on the…
I went into the Perfume Shop on the bottom floor across from Primark in Meadowhall (shop No 2) on Saturday 4th July around 3pm. I was looking to purchase some perfume, however when I asked the young girl assistants they ignored me and carried on chatting. I asked again but got no response so I left. If this is the way forward with the young of today I find it very rude. If that had been me in my workplace I would have been reprimanded for that kind of behaviour. Doubt If I will shop there again.

I was helped today by Keeley in the perfume shop and just wanted to leave a quick review. She was really friendly and helpful, and took the time to give me a range of different options for a present I was looking to buy.
Keeley made it really easy to choose by explaining the different fragrances and helping me find something that suited perfectly. There was no pressure at all, just great customer service throughout.

My feedback is for Donna she was amazing! She was knowledgeable about the various perfumes I asked about, she couldn’t have been more helpful if she tried! Someone that clearly goes the extra mile for her customers and her employer! Got my rewards card reissued, enquired about availability of perfumes elsewhere in the store and beyond!
