Went into the shop the sales assistant…
Went into the shop the sales assistant ordered my perfume online as they didn't have it in store didn't hear anything about my order so rang the store as I couldn't get intouch with customer service told me they'd look into it and they would ring me back never did so I rang again now they can't find my ordered and someone from the refund team is going to ring me within 2 weeks it's disgusting

I’m really sorry to hear about your experience I completely understand how frustrating and concerning this must feel, especially when you haven’t received clear updates about your order.
Please be assured that this isn’t the level of service we aim to provide. In cases when orders are placed in store for home delivery, we’re limited in the information we can immediately access as we do not store full personal details at store level.
That said, I’m very sorry that you were not called back as promised, I completely appreciate how disappointing that is.
I will personally be looking into this for you and it will be myself who contacts you for the refund. As soon as I have the necessary details, I will ensure I call you promptly and work to resolve this as quickly and smoothly as possible.

The collection point was selected during checkout and could be either a ParcelShop or a Royal Mail Customer Service Point. When you go to pick up your item, please remember to bring the SMS or email notification you received, along with a valid ID.
For the easiest experience, please use the tracking number provided in your order email to locate your parcel quickly.
