We also stock the luxury perfume brands Dior, Tom Ford, Viktor & Rolf, Hermès and Maison Margiela. Not only do we have the experience of selling perfumes, we also have the expertise to match. Our staff are trained and developed so that they are the most knowledgeable sales advisors within the perfume industry, we have the largest number of Fragrance Foundation fragrance graduates nationwide and a fragrance finder to guide your online shopping. We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Our VIP members can select a sample at checkout and have the opportunity to earn rewards while they shop. You can checkout straight away using our card payment options, or choose to buy now pay later using Klarna. I had a great experience in the Trostre store yesterday thanks to Lilly. She was knowledgeable, patient, and helped me find what I was looking for. The staffs' excellent service made the visit enjoyable.

First time ever going into the store
First time ever going into the store, a friend recommended it for after shave and I have been looking into getting some for myself. The two ladies at the counter we super nice, Hayley in particular, let me smell a variety of different after shaves and I eventually decided on Boss Triumph and even bought their small travel capsule and got it filled with Stronger With You (Can't remember exactly which one). Also went on a day which so happened to be 10% off with purchases over £60. Overall a great experience, great customer service and very helpful. Will be going back once I've finished the bottle, to buy another one.

We had a fantastic experience when visiting the Llanelli branch. My 14 year old son wanted to try some different aftershaves, Bonnie was very patient with him and gave him several options. I felt the service was excellent and really appreciated Bonnie's knowledge of the fragrances.

Casey was exceptional with helping me find something for my mum for Mother’s Day
