The staff member was really attentive and suggested other perfumes considering she was young she gave great information I was very impressed so I asked her name to write a review. Well done Jessica we had a great experience.

Thank you to lorna in the almondvale south shop Livingston. She could not have been more helpful or patient. When in for aftershave for my son and she helped me pick one and I ended up buying a few other bottles of perfume due to her being so lovely!

10th November 2025, at the Livingston store in the elements, I was helped by a girl called Kirsty and the customer service I received from this girl was phenomenal! She was so helpful and was so welcoming! She made me feel very comfortable and customer service like this shouldn’t go unnoticed! When I left I told her I’d be leaving a review so I hope she sees this or this good review is passed on to the store! Thank you again

Courtney was amazing and so helpful she was patient with us today. My dad wanted to get my mum a lovely perfume that she will love for her birthday . She was so helpful with helping us choose the perfect gift set and very friendly when she was doing us a wee package. Would highly recommend and definitely coming back for more !

I was served the other day by Fatima at the Livingston store. I wanted a refil bottle for taking on holiday and I hadn't appreciated that you can buy a bottle and they will actually fill it for you! She was SO helpful in assisting me in something to choose. All a very positive and enjoyable shopping experience

I'm a tourist from Minden, Germany. I was looking for a very special perfume because I had a very romantic dinner night with my now!! fiancé. When I went to the perfume shop in Livingston, Mason was able to help me in the best way possible. I told him what notes I like and what I was looking for and I wanted something that not everybody else has. He gave me several options and he was so nice and really kind and helpful. I felt very welcome here. My new favorite perfume: Zadig and Voltaire this is her!!!! I am obsessed! Thank you Mason!
