walked in today with my mum looking for a particular perfume/aftershave for my boyfriend for his b-day, and when i asked the two lovely staff members in the Lisburn mall perfume shop they were so attentive. I specifically asked for a set of this parfum and the woman serving me gave me an amazing product that was on offer and was the exact thing i was wanting to get him. she also gift wrapped it for me and it looks lovely and even got a customized ribbon!! absolutely amazing staff in there and they helped me get an absolute bargain too.

Went to pick up and it wasn't wrapped, although I had paid an extra £3.95 on website for this. Sales assistant told me that if I had ordered in shop they wouldn't have charged for wrapping! Nice to know, Perfume Shop.

Amazing customer service!
