I visited The Perfume Shop on Thursday last with my daughter during the ‘Crescent Student Night’. There was a great atmosphere created by the young man in charge of the cup and ball game. Everyone really seemed to get great entertainment out of the game. My daughter played: she won a small gift bag which she was delighted with!. He even allowed me to have a go even though I am not a student. There were three other staff in the shop, all women, they were great and efficient in serving the student crowds. My daughter availed of the 20% deduction for students.

I’m sincerely sorry to hear that your order arrived with a damaged box, particularly as this was intended to be a gift. I completely understand how disappointing this must have been, especially if the delivery packaging allowed the item to move around during transit.
Having looked into this, I’m unable to find an open case with our Customer Services team using the email address or order number linked to your review.
Please could you kindly contact our Customer Services team and provide three or more clear images showing the condition of the item and packaging you received. This will allow the team to review what has happened and work towards an appropriate resolution for you.

i usually love shopping here
i usually love shopping here, there is a good range of perfumes. A young girl helped me at first.i asked to look around because I wasn’t sure what I wanted. She said to take my time. As soon as she left the taller black haired younger boy came straight over to me to ask if I wanted help the girl was only gone a few second. he seemed eager to eager to make a sale and came across almost condescending in the way he was taking to me.and I chose not to buy because of it but will be back another day to the girl that originally helped hopefully there will be a discount that day too. the other staff smiled and said hello which I appreciated.
