We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Our VIP members can select a sample at checkout and have the opportunity to earn rewards while they shop. I visited the King's Lynn perfume shop today. I was served by Chloe who went above and beyond to help me. I didnt have my points card with me but she took time to help me find it on the system and even updated my email address which then saved me money. Thank you so much Chloe, I will be back!

A great experience the shop assistant Chloe was very helpful and made our shopping experience very good. Chloe’s approach to serving us was excellent she explained the differences in perfumes. The product was not in stock so the perfume was posted to us by Royal Mail within 2 days which was most pleasing
