Customer Servise perfect .Sale assistant Nick was absolutely amazing, friendly , smiling ,polite, pay attention to request, despite the shop was full of guests. Nick helped me to find perfume, I was happy to buy and I came back again to buy another one based on Nick advises and knowledge.

Had a really off putting experience during the week , I went in with the intention to grab a few perfumes for family and friends , initially I started walking around trying out a few different scents as the layout in this shop allows you to do so which was ideal . I was approached by a sales associate who asked if i needed help to which I said I’m okay but I will come over if I do . As I made my way to the perfumes beside the till area I picked up one to try out , next of all another sales associate said “ are you okay?” In a rude enough tone , I said I was and continued browsing , next of all she approached me again and said “ em normally we wouldn’t stand by the till “ when she said this I was sort of shocked and moved away , I continued browsing and again the same lady said “are you okay?” More so shouted it and it wasn’t in a friendly tone to say the least . At this point I was so put off however I need to get some gifts so I stood in the middle of the shop and looked over at the shelves to see if anything caught my eye to which again the woman said “are you okay?” , at this point I had to leave the store as I felt as though I couldn’t just browse and approach them when I wanted assistance. Never in my years of sales have I said “are you okay” to a customer , it’s not the way to go about approaching a sale or offering assistance . I didn’t get the girls name all I know is she was blonde and probably 40/50s . Safe to say I won’t be visiting that branch again and I hope this is passed on to management and some retraining on approaching customers and drawing them in effectively is given.

During my visit to the Kildare Village Shop, I wanted to buy an item, not discounted and the same price as the other main stores, but was told there was a minimum purchase of two items required and it was not possible to sell me just one item on its own and as i didn't need a second item i was not allowed to buy it.

Very great hospitality from "SAL" I was not intending to purchase perfume in your Shop ...Sal had the patience to show me more and scents . She really good like smell the strip and tell me what is name of the perfumes. I was never seen a
great staff like this in my Life.

Met this wonderful sales assistant named Sal. She’s amazing at her job. She could literally tell the smell of each scent from the strips that she provided which shows how much effort she has put into learning the products. Well definitely come back to get great advices on perfumes from this wonderful lady.

Went in today with my friend and this lovely girl Sal helped us. She was very helpful and took her time and gave us the best deals. 10/10 experience
