Our staff are trained and developed so that they are the most knowledgeable sales advisors within the perfume industry, we have the largest number of Fragrance Foundation fragrance graduates nationwide and a fragrance finder to guide your online shopping. We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Our VIP members can select a sample at checkout and have the opportunity to earn rewards while they shop. Thank you for the little extra testers and for your smiles. I shouldn't be shocked when I receive great customer service but I am these days (makes me sound ancient)!!! I'll be back to the shop for more. The staff were lovely last Christmas too which is why I came back on Friday. Thanks again and when you have grumpy customers just remember the fun ones too 😉

Having purchased the wrong perfume
Having purchased the wrong perfume for my wife for Christmas I needed to exchange for the right one. The young gentleman in the shop was very helpful and sorted it out for me as they did not have the one I needed in stock he kindly ordered for me and it was delivered five days later.

I supported a sight impaired customer, and Chloe.S was superb. She was patient, funny and gave my companion the time she needed to make the right choice for herself.
