I had an absolutely amazing experience at the perfume shop and it was all thanks to a wonderful staff member named Nicola. She was incredibly generous, polite and attentive throughout our visit. Nicola took the time to help us explore different options and made sure we felt welcomed and valued. Her warm attitude and professionalism made the shopping experience truly special. I told her what I like and what I have had before, she got me 4 different samples of things I havent tried, then labelled them and we narrowed it down to two, she put one on my left wrist and one on my right. Now I can see how they wear and ill know what new perfume I want for my birthday. Can't recommend this perfume shop enough. Excellent customer service. Thank you!

I'm a few months late, but honestly I still remember how exceptional this lady was. The woman who served me, Amirah, made me feel so comfortable. She was very clearly informed about the perfumes. For every question she gave a knowledgeable response. She was honest with her opinion; I trusted her judgement and never thought she was being ingenuine. She was patient, letting me take my time smelling all the perfume samples. She gave me her full attention, never letting me feel rushed. She was a delight, and I am so happy I met her that day to help me with my perfume choices. I originally came in with the desire to buy Burberry Goddess, and due to her holistic approach, I came out having bought Divine by JPG and Valentino Extra Dose, and omg, I LOVE THEM!

I got my eyes on some new perfumes, so I plan to return back to the store, and hopefully she is in store to help me once again!

Amazing serice by Amirah, she knew exactly what we wanted, provided testers and advised best sellers, which made it easier and quicker to decide. Extremly happy with the customer service received.

It was a really personalised service. I wasn't sure what I wanted but gave a description of what I like, and it was matched perfectly. The staff were SO helpful, warm, and welcoming.

We had a number of perfumes to be selected for gifting purposes. Amirah has been really helpful in choosing those in the budget we planned. She is a go to person for anything you need related to perfume at Birmingham New street branch.

I had a wonderful experience at the perfume shop thanks to Amina. She was incredibly kind and polite, and she really took the time to help me choose from a wide range of perfumes. She also put together a beautifully arranged gift hamper. Her service was excellent, and I truly appreciated her help.

Dhrupti gave us amazing service and insight of the scents which we needed help with and gave substitutes that were in our price range very helpful :D
