Friendly staff that are extremely helpful. Helped me find the fragrance I was after definitely worth popping in for your fragrance needs.

Incredible experience. I received perfect service, from a lad named Jake. Never have I received such good customer service. Jake was polite, attentive and helpful. He was with me for a good 45 minutes and really tried to help me find a fragrance for my hubby. (Despite how fussy I am.) I’m definitely going to return. This lad deserves a pay rise if possible. Thank you Jake!

Wow what a pleasurable experience it was in the Perfume shop today. Jake was so helpful the most welcoming customer service assistant I have ever come across. Made several Xmas purchases . Can highly recommend shopping here thanks Helen

I am a very tricky picky customer but Alyssa was so reassuring an don a mission to make sure I found exactly what worked for me - she wasn't pushy at all, and totally understood the assignment ✨

If it wasn’t for the fact someone else came onto the shop floor and turned my experience around, I would be giving a 1 star experience.
I entered the store with my boyfriend on Saturday 28th. We came in looking for a perfume for my mums birthday, and were totally ignored by the lads on the shop floor, who was messing around on an iPad and talking to each other. They saw us come in, but didn’t say hello or make an attempt to see if we needed any help. Me and bf stood looking at some shelves, clearly unable to find what we were looking for for around 5 minutes and the 2 lads still didn’t even acknowledge us! Just to mention, there was no other customers in the store! If it wasn’t for the 3rd guy that came onto the floor and greeted us as he came out, we would have left and shopped elsewhere!
The experience with this chap was the only reason I am giving this review, as he turned the experience right around! He noticed we were unable to locate an item, and located it for us in 2 seconds! He even then asked if “Adam or AJ had approached us yet and informed you of the discount in store today” - which as I’ve stated, they didn’t not even acknowledge we were in store, but Danny couldn’t be more accommodating and my bf even bought something too, to benefit for the 20% discount we’d both get! We didn’t know there was a discount, so this was a real bonus!
Thank you Danny, for turning around what would’ve been a terrible experience, into us spending nearly £200. Danny gift wrapped my gift beautifully, with a free ribbon too.
