Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. I ordered 2 aftershaves instead of one. I went into my local perfume shop and explained the situation to the manger Ms Rasini. She was fantastic in her response. She sorted out the problem without me even being in the shop. I can only wish that all other retailers were as helpful as her. I will be back again for all the family perfume needs.
