Abbaas was exceptional @ East Ham Branch
Today I visited one of your branches in East Ham Superdrug’s, as Valentine’s Day is just around the corner it was very busy and there was only one member of staff serving , he was very friendly and was trying to help everyone even though there was a customer who was extremely unpleasant and very rude to him , the customer was asking him to hurry up and show this one , try that sample etc , however the staff called Abbaas kept his composure and served that customer with exceptional customer service skills ! Even though he was on his own he managed to serve everyone in a timely manner and he also helped me with my purchase and was so helpful as I asked to personalised my gift ribbon. I really hope Abbaas gets recognition for his hard work (or even a pay rise ! ) he really is an asset to the Perfume Shop

Needed a last minute present. The ladies at the counter were a great help. They were knowledgeable about the products and let me know about the offers. Zahra was very patient as I had to send photos and make phone calls to confirm my choice. Great customer service from the team!
