The staff member i dealt with was so lovely and helpful, she placed my order for delivery, she did all the details for me which was brilliant, I went to the Dundrum branch, I always go there and the staff are always polite and friendly 💜

Just want to say how helpful Erin in Dundrum is nothing was too much hassle for her and she is such a plesent girl she wasn't pushy at all which I hate i have walked out of so many stores cause staff jump at you the minute you walk in will definitely be back to this shop all because of this young lady

Honestly, the whole staff are great! I’ve been in before and they’re all lovely and willing to help me out (considering I’m quite picky with my perfumes and usually need to try a few, lolll!!) but Eva in particular was so great!! It’s because of her that I found my current scent obsession, been wearing it every day since she recommended it to me! As someone who loves perfume and would consider myself a bit of an addict, lol, she was so informative and knowledgeable about the range they had in store, literally figured out my exact taste and didn’t make me feel like a burden or anything of the sort even though I was taking a while. I returned a week later to buy two other new perfumes and both the girls working on that day were so nice and friendly too! :)

Ridiculous that I can't exchange something I bought online in one of the stores....really inconvenient

First visit to store in Dundrum, I have been in sales for over 40yrs, I purchased some perfume for a gift from Eva, this lady is exceptional at her job, knowledge of the product, professionalism, friendliness and just such a nice person.

I was in the Drundrum store. Rob assisted and advised me with picking out a fragrance for my sister. I also bought some new fragrances for myself. I found him to be very pleasant and helpful overall he provided an excellant customer services. I will surley be back this store when I have to do my Christmas present shopping and will recommend to my friends.
