Brought aftershave from the store and also a few sets for birthdays while I was there as the staff were fantastic and assisted with my needs while there. Recommend anyone in the area you go here for aftershave or perfume.

Excellent staff very helpful I was looking for some perfume for my wife and no idea what to buy. Hayley was brilliant and recommended a few and my wife loved the one we picked.

I went into the shop to find a perfume for my wife with no idea what I was looking for, the only thing I knew was she liked a ‘musky’ smell… A lovely lady called Hayley took the time to go through what felt like a thousand fragrances with until I found the one I thought the wife would like. Thanks Hayley your a credit to the company.

Professional, polite and helpful

I had such a lovely experience in the perfume shop recently, being served by the amazing Georgia. She really helped me understand the scents and what would suit me, for day and evening time. I came away with 2 new perfumes that I am very excited to try and so glad I met Georgia today - she is asset to the perfume shop !! :)

I had such a lovely experience at The Perfume Shop, thanks to Georgia. She took the time to listen to what I liked and helped me discover my new favourite fragrance, Prada Paradoxe, which I probably wouldn’t have chosen on my own. She was knowledgeable, patient, and never made me feel rushed.

Georgia also reminded me of an old classic I’d completely forgotten about – Thierry Mugler Alien. Smelling it again brought back so many memories, and I’d forgotten just how beautiful it is. It was great to compare something new with a timeless favourite.

Her customer service was exceptional from start to finish, and her genuine enthusiasm for fragrances made the whole experience enjoyable. If you’re looking for someone who really knows perfumes and takes the time to help you find the perfect scent, I’d highly recommend asking for Georgia. Thank you for such a fantastic shopping experience!

Everytime I visit the perfume shop I’m greeted by a wonderful lady Hayley. She makes you feel so welcome and is always at a helping hand if needed. Hayley is a bubbly, friendly person and that is what you need when choosing a fragrance. Her knowledge of the perfumes is great especially if I’m unsure which ones to purchase.

I visited the perfume shop derby to make a purchase for a work colleague. I was greeted by a wonderful smiley lady named Hayley. She asked if I was ok and would I like any help, she asked who I was buying for, my budget and do I have a particular brand in mind. After answering her questions Hayley made numerous suggestions that matched my needs. Hayley clearly listened to everything I had said and her product knowledge is amazing. She offered to wrap the perfume and an additional service of a personalised ribbon. The experience from start to finish was amazing. I highly recommend visiting this store especially if Hayley is on hand to help. I truly hope the senior leadership team at the perfume shop see this and praise Hayley for her amazing service she delivers to your customers. She’s a true credit to your company.
