My parcel was an empty envelope when it should of been a 200ml bottle. Customer services are now telling me to wait 3-5 days from them to receive the parcel back from royal mail and then another 14 working days for a refund! Absolute joke.

Fantastic choice of products together with prompt delivery.
Cannot fault then and highly recommend buying from a great company.

Had a wonderful experience shopping for perfume at the Darlington branch. The staff—especially Beth and Ann—were incredibly pleasant, helpful, and accommodating. They told me about a 25% discount, and even included a beautifully wrapped free duffel bag with my purchase. Excellent service and lovely presentation—made shopping a real joy!

Superb service from Bethany, purchased multiple Jean Paul Gaultier Gift Sets which were not gifts and just for myself, Bethany was happy to get rid of all of the excess packaging for me and signed me up for a VIP card which got me a little discount too.

From the moment we entered the store at the cornmill in Darlington our assistant Sophie was incredible and so attentive, we were looking for a new fragrance to try, she had great knowledge and went through a few options with us until we settled on a couple of new perfumes that we really liked, I could not speak highly enough of Sophie, she was such a pleasure to meet and a credit to the perfume shop

I came in right at the end of the working day - you never would have known. Ashleigh was wonderful in helping me recognise several familiar scents and try new ones that fitted so nicely. Wonderful, kind and generous service - will definitely shop there again!

Went in looking for some men’s aftershave. They had the tried and tested one that he likes. Also came out with some additional options for him. There were a couple of items with a discount and because we’d spent a certain amount, I got another discount off my bill.
