I recently visited the perfume shop in the Antonine centre Cumbernauld and Norma was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist. I wanted something new rather than my usual perfume and she was really knowledgeable and patient!! Thanks Norma!!

Cumbernauld store
Went to the perfume shop Cumbernauld for a gift for my Grandsons birthday. Was served by Val who was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back especially if I needed help and advice.

I was in the Cumbernauld shop today…
I was in the Cumbernauld shop today looking for Chanel. The sales assistant Jackie explained to me that it wasn’t stocked in that store but she explained the benefits of ordering it and getting it delivered, but as I needed it for tonight Jackie was able to assist me with fantastic alternatives. I was pleasantly surprised at how above and beyond she went to help me find an amazing alternative for my occasion. 10/10 service.

Didn't have what I wanted in store , The assistant was lovely very talkative and said she could order what I wanted and it was sent to my address 2 days later That's what I call good customer service.
