Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Our VIP members can select a sample at checkout and have the opportunity to earn rewards while they shop. The Perfume Shop is my go-to place for fragrances, and I’ve always had a great experience shopping with them. They have a wide range of perfumes for every budget, from everyday scents to more premium brands, which makes it easy to find exactly what I’m looking for.
The staff are friendly and helpful without being pushy, and they’re always happy to offer recommendations or let you take your time choosing. I also appreciate how often they have good deals and offers, which makes it more affordable compared to other stores.

Outstanding Customer Service
Great advice about a cologne for my teenage son - wasn't in stock so the Lady on the counter ordered it for me and when I asked about my own cologne - instead of selling me the stand alone bottle , she pointed out a special offer on a gift box for myself which was lower in price and containing the cologne I wanted. Couldn't order on line....
Couldn't order what I wanted on line, so I went to the store. The young lady there ordered it for me and had it delivered to the store which I collected. All along, I was informed on the status of my order. Very efficent. What's more she was very pleasent, which is very rear these days.

Exceptional customer service by Kay
We had an enjoyable experience yesterday. Kay provided exceptional customer service; she was very patient, knowledgeable, and always wore a smile, which is rare in today’s face-to-face interactions. She also highlighted the best deals without making us feel pressured to buy. As a result, we (or should I say my husband) ended up purchasing more perfume than originally planned, but we made significant savings - much better than the offers in Boots. Thank you for making shopping less stressful!
