Our staff are trained and developed so that they are the most knowledgeable sales advisors within the perfume industry, we have the largest number of Fragrance Foundation fragrance graduates nationwide and a fragrance finder to guide your online shopping. We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Great experience, Lorraine was extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble she was patient and very knowledgable in recommending new perfumes. Got a fantastic deal with points card. Would recommend.

Amazing staff
Wow what can I say about the staff in Clydebank store they all go above and beyond to help you decide what perfume suits your style. Karen done me a big favour and told me the truth about the perfume I was trying on, she told me if it was nice or not which I totally appreciated 😁 I wouldn’t use any other store.

Colette is the best
I recently visited the Clydebank store and was greeted and served by colette. I can’t thank her enough she helped me pick the perfect scent for my boyfriend’s Christmas.
