Wanted a special gift for my son’s big 21st, had a budget and a lovely lady called Tamara made me a lovely gift wrapped with a ribbon perfectly within the budget. Excellent service, very pleased. Will be shopping there again.

Liberty was very hospitable and welcoming. Her smile drew me to her concession stand. Her product knowledge and passion helped me to make my decision to purchase a perfume. The team at the Perfume shop all joined Liberty with enthusiasm and excellent customer service.
I would highly recommend the Perfume shop Clumber Street Nottingham.

Great shopping experiance, very welcoming store (blonde lady at the door). This is what shopping is meant to be about although most places are loosing this as their staff look so dispondent most of the time. This store was clean open and positive.. great shopping experiance..

I called into the perfume shop on clumber street and got speaking to 1 of the lovely staff members, she had great knowledge and had some great recommendations which she let me try. We narrowed it down to 2 fragrances and I ended up purchasing 1 and a travalo with the other fragrance in. Well done for your excellent customer service and product knowledge I definitely will be back such a great experience thankyou

Might be a small perfume shop but gives an excellent welcoming service. Young lady called Liberty. No pressure to buy, but I couldn’t help myself as the perfumes she advised me to try were perfect. Huge knowledge. Well impressed.

I had an amazing experience at The Perfume Shop on Clumber Street, all thanks to Molly. She was so friendly, patient, and really knowledgeable about all the different fragrances. I wasn’t sure what I was looking for, but she took the time to understand what I liked and helped me find the perfect scent.

Molly’s customer service was outstanding—professional, approachable, and genuinely caring. You can tell she takes pride in what she does. I left the store feeling really happy with my purchase and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend asking for Molly if you pop in!

I and my wife visited the perfume shop on Clumber Street, Nottingham to buy perfume gift sets for relatives whom we are visiting soon. We were welcomed and served by Laura who was really helpful and kind. Her expertise about available products helped us make informed decisions on what to buy . Her communication with us through out our visit was really excellent, very respectful and we can't thank her enough for all the assistance she provided. We will definitely buy more from this store.

I was served by 2 lovely ladies in store today, Tam & Liberty provided incredible customer service and helped me find the best fragrance for my friends birthday. They listened to everything I was asking for and I will absolutely be returning for more gifts in the future!
