We were with Elena today and she was an absolute star! Me and my mum were shopping around for some perfumes and we didn’t know which specific one to buy. Elena helped us with finding a good one for us, and whilst doing so, she was very patient, enthusiastic and understanding. Her customer service was above and beyond from what I’ve usually experienced before so it made our visit at the shop even better! Thanks so much for your help today, Elena!
