I had Clariese serve me today and honestly she helped me with what to buy, great customer service really appreciate her hard work and all the effort with doing all the hampers and labelling absolutely smashed it!!!

A polite not overpowering assistant came to greet me an ask me what fragrances I was looking for? Smelling six or 26 fragrances was not a chore. For this person. She was attentive and well into my conversation of what I was looking for, and what occasion I was using it for. Having found the one that I wanted, I said I would be back she said her name was Amina and as I was saying thank you, she then went on to tell me how once I bought a product they could customise my ribbon wrap it for me put it in cellophane. She went on to tell me a lot of things that make me feel special and also the product that I was going to purchase was not going to be basic. It was going to be looking very special. She could’ve let me just leave the store, as I wasn’t buying anything at that time, but she went above and beyond to explain to me what beautiful things would happen once I had purchased a product from that store. I felt that she was very attentive showed loads of empathy and I felt so at ease with this person so much so that I went back there today and spent £195. Thank you Amina you are a credit to the perfume shop and please don’t ever change. Thank you for my experience today if anybody is looking for that special thing, especially his mother day is coming up the perfume shop at the top of the ramp next to Natwest Bank in Birmingham is the best place to be wonderful atmosphere, fantastic staff, especially Amina thank you. X

Excellent, friendly and efficient customer service from Wahaab at the Perfume shop in Bullring. I needed a men’s fragrance for someone’s birthday and was unsure of what to get. He was very helpful and friendly when it came to telling me more about each fragrance.

Wahaab From Bullring was very helpful today , i was unsure on what i wanted and he ran around the store providing me with loads of samples until i found what i wanted. The perfume shop is very lucky to have such a dedicated worker !

They didn't even give me the right tracking so I ended up getting my parcel a week late and customer service was awful

I walked in trying to find the Chloe nomade gift set to gift my mother for her birthday and although it was unavailable in store, the staff ensured that it would arrive to my house the next day and was very helpful! Very accommodating to my needs and amazing customer service.
