Amy from Blanchardstown with her 2 colleagues val and caitlin gave me the best service today, which led tome buying an extra item, i think they deserve a raise honestly from the entry until i left, the compassion in her voice, her patience was truly recognised, will definitely be back !!

Zero customer care
I would leave no stars but this is not an option.
Still pending a refund way out of service level agreement and dates agreed for same. Product has been returned and received in store. Disappointing customer care & no further on with my refund. I have chased daily only to be fobbed off each time. No manager call back received. Customer service staff are zero help once money has been processed. Avoid at all costs. Not professional. Not helpful. Highly disappointed.
