I had such an amazing experience with a staff member (i believe her name is Jenna or Jenny forgive me as i can’t remember exactly) but she was absolutely amazing and really helped me on deciding on a perfume to get, she was incredibly nice and made the experience so nice for me, i really appreciated her help!!!

Melissa and Paul are fabulous
Incredible!!! I was served by Paul and Melissa and they were so so lovely! I bought the Tom Ford Cafe Rose gift set for my boyfriend and Melissa wrapped it so gorgeously with a personalised ribbon and everything! I even got a little free gift which was really sweet. They are an asset to their company, so friendly, so helpful. I will be buying all my perfumes from here just because of them. Give them a raise!!!

Rude sniggering staff
I really am not want to complain, but I really do feel I must bring to your attention the disgusting reception I received in your Bath store today.
I approached the Bath store having walked up and down the High Street looking at different options and prices for my Christmas gift, eventually deciding on the Perfume Store.
So I returned there to purchase a gift set of aftershave for my son. When I returned to the store no other customers were present in the store and there were three staff, one of whom was doing something at the counter area and the other two were at the back of the store taking a well deserved break( it had been very busy when I first popped in!).
I collected my gift box off the floor and approached the work colleague that was nearest to me who seemed to be engaging doing something at the till - no one else stepped forward so I continued and handed my box to the colleague - I was met with a shocked and deathly stare and they then without looking around took the gift set out my hand and thrust the parcel towards the other two colleagues and continued to look at me as if I had said something disgusting to them.
One of the colleagues from the back came forward and then took it to the till area which was literally one step away, from where I was. I said “oh, I didn’t know that you weren’t at the till” To which they responded to run to the back of the store and snigger with the male colleague. They eventually both ended up crouched on the floor and start sniggering and giggling try to hide making me feel very uncomfortable.
I muttered to the colleague who was at the till that that’s a bit rude and it was all I could do to stay there and finish paying for the gift set. In fact it was so rude I wished I had walked away and gone elsewhere - it was truly really shocking their behaviour to a customer who merely wanted to purchase a present. No rude words were exchanged, I wasn’t rude, just approached the counter with a request to purchase an item and got met with this behaviour that was totally unacceptable, childish and completely inappropriate.
Not exactly the Christmas cheer we all need in this time of year!
Perhaps you could have a word with the store to ask them to treat customers with a bit more respect in future. I have myself worked I retail and would never dream of treating customers like this.
