Went into the store wanting to buy a favourite perfume of mine which is floral and have received numerous compliments on, but then saw another perfume which I really liked but was hesitant about. I believe the colleague I asked was called TJ and he was extremely helpful in helping me compare the two. As they were on discount I ended up getting both! Considering he was new to the store he was amazing and very professional.

Efficient helpful service, quick delivery
Really helpful shop assistant in the store who checked whether the aftershave was available online. As it was she ordered it for us and explained discounts. She also arranged for it to be delivered to our home. Delivery was very quick and free as I was a member of Perfume Shop.
Very efficient service.

Really lovely staff
Was served by a really lovely young man who was uber charming and delightful. He said he was quite new to the store but loved his job and it showed.
Service with a smile. He is a sweetheart and was so helpful, carefully wrapping the Olympea I bought for my daughter.
