VERY impressed. A classic case of under promise but over deliver. The entire order was accurate and shipped correctly. I also received the order several days earlier than expected.

All of the flex/stretch fit caps were true to size. The stitching on the embroidered patches were great. The overall quality was exactly as I had hoped for.

While this was my first purchase from The Park Wholesale, it will certainly not be the last.

You did not have the Royal blue but your website indicated that it was in stock. You shipped via USPS but when I ordered I was charged about 24.00 for shipping through UPS. Not sure what was the difference in the shipping cost was but that is deceptive.

I definitely will recommend.

I have asked for an L because I have one of the same brand, but this item is a little bigger, it is a little big, but I already know, for the next purchase.

I can't get ahold.of anyone regarding why shipping is taking so long despite reaching out via email... Which is the only way I can try to contact someone. It's very frustrating that you have no customer service phone number. I have an embroidery business and would have liked to open a B2B wholesale account with your company to carry your hats but since you suck at communications doesn't look like that's going to happen. Back to otto cap.

Relatively Inexpensive, exactly what I wanted
