Popped in as one of the few outdoor shops near me. Had a wonderful experience with Graeme advising me on Paramo jackets, he really took the time to make sure I reached the right decision and wasn't pushy at all. I am sure I will be back again.
James provided extremely helpful information and advice when an item (raincoat) purchased from the shop online wasn't performing as expected. He arranged for the item to be shipped back and inspected by the manufacturer, and shortly offered a refund or exchange. Always best to be able to go to an outdoor shop in person, but the shipping was fast, the price was the best I could find, and the customer service top notch. Will very happily be shopping here again.

As this company has no review in Trustpilot, and I had doubts myself on whether buying or not from them, once I checked in Facebook and found out that it was an actual shop in England, I placed my order, which was received in just a few days and the item was impeccable. The item was a pair of carbon walking stick from Leki, in a colour that was nowhere to be found in the whole internet (blue and pink). This shop is absolutely recommended, it’s not part of a big chain that spams adverts everywhere, and small businesses deserve to be supported, nowadays more than ever!
