Very clean, new low mileage car
New, low mileage very clean car, dropped at the door, up to date communication, option for Damage Waiver and fuel/electric refill at the market prices are wonderful, wish they have more LWB models with deployable side steps

Second time using THE OUT and it’s one…
Second time using THE OUT and it’s one of the best. Very smooth from start to end. Very informative and communication with myself was excellent, I’ve accidentally booked the wrong vehicle and they corrected it without any question. I booked the car less than 12hrs before and still managed to get the Defender 110 to me on time. Well done to the team working there.

Discovery Sport
Rental was made easy with the delivery and pick up. The car was in great condition as it was brand new as i was told. Was also given an upgrade to the larger model.

The car arrived immaculate and the staff were very helpful every step of the way from booking to delivery, to customer service (extension request) to collection! 10/10 service and will most definitely be using the OUT again! Additional Charges with No Explanation
The Out charged my card 3 additional times after my rental was completed with no explanation provided for the charges

These were related to tunnel and congestion zone crossings that occurred during your rental - charges we proactively paid on your behalf to prevent higher fines and admin fees later.
Our team also reduced the associated handling fees as a goodwill gesture, keeping your total cost as low as possible. We’ve already shared full details directly via email, but please don’t hesitate to reach out if you’d like us to go over anything further!

good service, hybrid poor
The service was good however the mild hybrid Land Rover was somewhat disappointing. With a full load of passengers and bags it was pretty sluggish. I disnt think I had ordered an electric vehicle and I didn’t appreciate it. When the battery was discharged, out in the country, I had no way of charging it back up. Otherwise fine.

Great service
Great service, great car. The only change I would make is having a contact number to be able to actually speak to a member of staff as the chat is not always immediate.

Intro to the car
Car great, handover/pickup efficient. However I would have liked to have a bit more of an explanation of the car at the handover. (‚Have you never driven one of these??‘ doesnt help..).
Also, I asked how the back seats go down. That was never done before clearly by neither of the gentlemen.
Since you have only a few models on offer, it should be easy for you to train your staff at least to a minimum level on the basic features of your few car models.

Delivery of an excellent car
Excellent service! Changes were quickly made over email/ via the app. Pickup and drop off was swift and easy (and also enjoyed my conversations with the team) and the car (Range Rover Sport) is a very enjoyable driving experience
