UPDATE: Casino is SCAM!
UPDATE:
I have now received a formal response from TheOriginals Casino. Instead of acknowledging their error, they stated that registering and depositing was a decision I made “of my own accord.”
I want to be clear: I proactively reached out to this casino months before creating an account, specifically to prevent myself from gambling there. Their own faulty email address made that impossible.
To make matters worse: after correcting the footer, their Terms & Conditions under clause 17.4 still displayed the incorrect email address. I have screen recordings and a Wayback Machine archive proving this.
This casino is not only refusing to take responsibility for their technical failure — they are dismissing gambling addiction as a personal choice. I have now filed formal complaints with Casino Guru, AskGamblers, and the Anjouan Gaming Authority, and have instructed legal counsel.
I will update this review again once the case is resolved.
