Defective product but excellent customer service
Although the Gyro Ball I ordered took 20 days to arrive and then didn't work, the customer service was outstanding. Gripster responded within hours to my initial email, asked for a video which confirmed the ball didn't work and immediately said they would issue a refund (my preferred option - I could have had them send another). The refund was processed promptly and confirmed by my credit card company. Although the product was defective the customer service was great.
