Ordered several items but got a message…
Ordered several items but got a message to say one was out of stock which I didn't understand as it was 2 days after the order was made
Informed I would get a refund for that item
Items were delivered 2 days later but 7 days on I have still not received a refund for the other item which was their fault
Have contacted them but waiting for a reply
Not happy at all with this level of customer service and ordering process, why let you order and pay for items that are not in stock or available and still not have a refund over a week later

Every year I buy couple of gifts for my wife from this company. Never Disappointed. (1) Product = much better than expected (2) Customer Service / Delivery = Gold Star (3) New products on website = you will always find something new and tempting to buy (4) Price = absolutely fair price for the quality products they sell (5) Overall = 10/10. Highly recommended.

Pleasantly surprised!
I ordered two silver rings from The Opal. I was unsure about ordering as I couldn't find any reviews, so I used PayPal to be safe! The rings arrived quickly, and are stamped 925 silver. I'd happily order from them again, because the silver seems thicker and more robust than usual for this price.
