Great oils and fantastic customer service.. I was kept up to date from beginning to end. I know there are a few bad reviews but I have ordered twice now with no issues!

I have bought two diffusers and several oils from this company and am very happy with them. They are of good quality and always arrive promptly. I had cause recently to be in contact with them with a problem which was NOT their fault but they went above and beyond to rectify the problem. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone and I for one look forward to my next purchase from them.

Received my diffuser about a week ago and I’m really impressed with both the service and the product itself! The house now smells amazing and I’ve had many compliments from friends and family! Delivery was quick and I found it super easy to order. Looking forward to receiving the other oils I have since ordered!

Great product, great service and my house instantly smells like heaven!!! Really good value - can not fault. Just ordered the rose oil to try - excited is an understatement.

Poor product - very noisy and leaked. Unclear returns policy and can’t get hold of sender.

I understand there may be delays due to covid 19, however I would very much appreciate a response when I email your company to revive a response .

I placed an order for 3 items, I appreciate one item is not in stock. However when I advise that I’m happy to wait on this but would prefer the other 2 items that are in stock to be posted. A response would be appreciated!

Not very happy, the buttons on my diffuser do not work when you press them most of the time and some times it just changes the settings on its own. Also had a problem with leaking.

5 star service the jasmine oil I purchased doesn’t lose its scent in my aromatizer the house smells gorgeous.
